Property investor Rykadan reaches new heights with enhanced branding

Hong Kong-based global property investment firm Rykadan enlisted brand strategy agency Stepworks to build a new foundation for its brand.
 
Rykadan also released an investor brochure that reflected the new direction in design and messaging.

Stepworks helped Rykadan define its brand with a brand model. As a young-spirited and fast-growing company, Rykadan defined its brand DNA and positioning phrase as “Investing with imagination”. This message was expressed across the brand’s key touchpoints such as stationery, investor brochure and presentation template.
 
For the investor brochure, Stepworks enhanced its content with more effective copywriting and an extended design language for its layout. Stepworks provided extensive photography guidelines to help the burgeoning firm consistently communicate its brand as its business expands.
