Stepworks supports leading hotel brand with full suite of guest and print touchpoints
Capella Hotels and Resorts was recognised as the world’s best hotel brand for the third consecutive year by Travel + Leisure in their annual World's Best Awards.
The hospitality leader recently teamed with Stepworks to develop a comprehensive guest collateral suite for Capella at Galaxy Macau™.
The project included more than 60 guest-facing items, crafted to reflect the signature elegance of Capella Hotels and Resorts.
Each item was designed and specified to express the Capella aesthetic, with a focus on high touch finishes and elegant materials.
Key pieces include gift boxes, stationery, in-room collaterals and guest gifts.
In addition to producing the items according to guidelines, the branding and design agency also developed bilingual adaptations.
Delivered on schedule
Deliverables included design, material selection, production specifications and documentation for manufacturing.
All items were provided in line with the hotel’s operational timeline and opening plans.

Located within the Galaxy Macau™ integrated resort in Cotai, the property brings Capella’s award-winning hospitality to new audiences in the region.
The project marks another successful brand implementation with Stepworks in collaboration with a world-class hospitality team.
