For the firm’s tenth anniversary and relocation to an upgraded office space, NOVA’s leaders took the opportunity to review the firm's business goals.

Realising they needed to signal their ambitions and expectations to employees, customers and partners, NOVA called on brand refresh specialists Stepworks.
The teams first formulated a brand strategy together, which produced the brand DNA and positioning phrase Grow intelligently with us. The reimagined brand identity which became a blueprint to guide NOVA’s next phase of growth.
Stepworks’ engagement included the development of a brand model, a refreshed brand identity with logo, design system, templates, and brand guidelines.
Among stakeholders, the upgraded brand identity served to instantly enhance the level of perceived professionalism and competence. The project also generated a great deal of enthusiasm and excitement among NOVA’s team.
