Kanvas Property aims to become famous for high-end properties. As a startup, it sought a brand identity that positioned the company in the premium lifestyle luxury space. The goal was to project the warm, modern minimalism of its homes.
Situation
Following a successful collaboration on an unrelated business, the new real estate company’s principal tapped Stepworks’ brand building expertise.
The startup needed a name and brand identity that would both support its immediate objectives and serve it for the long term.
Response
The name Kanvas Property resulted from a development process that identified four potential directions.
The proposed names were required to be available for trademark. None of those shortlisted focused specifically on homes.
This enables future expansion into other sectors of the property market such as hospitality or commercial.
Kanvas expresses how the company’s offerings are destined to be the canvas for fulfilling lifestyles.
Outcome
The brand name and identity were approved on schedule – important to enable timely corporate formation.
At the same time, a website was set up at kanvasproperty.com to kickstart the new brand and establish SEO fundamentals.
Expressing the art of living well, Kanvas Property has got off to a masterly start.
