Reports

Shining a light on ESG progress and commitment

ESG is increasingly important to institutional investors. An easy-to-digest sustainability report enables stakeholders to better understand an organisation’s governance and sustainability commitments.

Situation

Sustainability is advanced with clarity

GLP is a leading global business builder, owner, developer and operator of logistics real estate, data centres, renewable energy and related technologies. With an AUM of USD124bn, GLP Capital Partners is its exclusive investment and asset manager. Its sustainability report is essential reading for many of its stakeholders worldwide. GLP engaged Stepworks to design the sustainability report for digital distribution.

Response

Spotlight on best practises

GLP and Stepworks formed a team to get it done. They scoped a project that would achieve maximum effectiveness, and ensure cost savings for future reports.

The project called for a PDF output with in-page navigation hyperlinks. Designs were required to conform with current GLP Capital Partners brand guidelines.

Outcome

Engaging, on-brand, and easily shared and understood

A strong design language enhances the eighty-page report with a consistent quality. Interesting layouts, eye-catching infographics, and easily read charts and data visualisations engage and inform readers.

The GLP and Stepworks teams successfully completed the annual sustainability report project, achieving all key objectives. Impressed by the smooth collaboration, GLP management commended the Stepworks team. GLP’s well-designed sustainability report supports the multinational’s commitment to embedding ESG principles into their activities responsibly and transparently.
