Stepworks is a well established branding firm based in HK, now aiming to grow its presence and portfolio of clients in Singapore and SouthEast Asia.

The right individual for the Head of growth position at Stepworks should be someone with a proven track record in identifying, cultivating and closing deals for brand consultancy or creative services firms - helping both clients and the firm they represent to grow sustainably.

As a key person representing Stepworks in Singapore, you’ll likely already be well-connected with senior marketing professionals and business leaders in the city. This position requires a deep knowledge of branding (strategy, design, digital, campaigns).

This role may be ideal for you if you’re looking to be part of a wholehearted team (albeit remotely), want a great deal of flexibility (we value outcomes over hours), and enjoy making a living primarily based on successful sales goals (there are other KPIs, but this achieving sales targets is, of course, a must).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Initially to become deeply familiar with Stepworks methodology and case studies, sector expertise, strengths and weaknesses
  • Rigorously qualify new leads based on client-agency-fit and other key criteria
  • Lead end-to-end proposal process including being the main point of contact with prospect clients throughout the process, bringing other Stepworks team members when needed
  • Maintain a new business pipeline and be fully transparent with your leadership team colleagues to assess progress, delays and alignment for an effective and an enjoyable collaboration
  • In time, provide a healthy feedback loop so that we can continually improve the effectiveness of our presentation materials, product offerings, and processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful track record in a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of the branding industry
  • Deep local knowledge and well connected in Singapore
  • Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving skills - and be a go-getter!
